In response to Dustin Simmons bad review...I contacted him several times by visiting, calling, and IMing...he never responded. I even had my team member call his landlord, who paid for this service. She knew nothing about it. I tried to make it right by offering this tenant a follow-up service. Perhaps before leaving a bad review, a person might respond to attempts to rectify a situation first.
We used the company to exterminate or new home, we were givin a 30 day warrenty. He stated if we see any live pest in the house with in the 30 days he will come back and spray. I've called and asked multiple times about our request of him coming back and all he does is give me the run around on things! I would highly use someone else
Pete is a knowledgeable and experienced pest control guy. He's fair, honest, and reasonably priced. We've used his services for all kinds of pests.
