Poor service as usual. Since Lowes has no competition here in Lebanon MO they could care less about customer service. Today there was one register open #7 and 3 customers waiting in line at #8 there were 4 people standing talking. Finally 3 people left and #8 opened. If I HAD a choice I would not spend my money here. Actually I usually make a list and go to Menards or Home Depot but today needed a water filter and no time to drive out of town.

Very nice place...beautiful flowers. Went shopping while waiting to be off loaded

Overall good experiences when I shop here. The people are always friendly and usually helpful. My only complant would be that some days they seem to short staffed.
