Allergic! Prime Tib Philly is Awesome! Their Hamdurgers are great as well!
Social distancing has its perks. We were in a booth more than 6ft away from others. The server was awesome. She was friendly and sweet. Our appetizers came within minutes. The entrées came out fairly swiftly. The restrooms were immaculate. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. It was worth going out of the way for. Our meals were cooled to perfection. We left full and satisfied. A mile or so down the street from all the fast food joints- you will be happy you stopped in
I can't even give this a one star. The food was absolutely terrible starting with the appetizer that was ordered. The service was slow, meals were horrible to a point one meal was sent back. Another meal was for a steak medium rare and came out like leather and was not fit to eat. Kid meals were cold to a point they wouldn't even eat. This is the first time having a bad experience with an Applebee's and after this will NEVER be back to one. The manager was very nice and tired to make things right, however, the food and service were bad enough we would never use the credit that was offered. DO NOT RECOMMEND this establishment.
Food was great and our waitress was awesome. Enjoyed the atmosphere and they way they wore their mask. They made you feel comfortable.
The waiter was young and acceptable for her lack of experience, however the kitchen staff did a horrible job. Our food took an hour to come out because they messed it up. My steak was overcooked. Apparently medium means well done there. Because we waited so long I told the waiter that I didn’t even care at that point. There was no accommodation for our ridiculous long wait or the fact the the food wasnt correct. Lebanon MO applebees has truly gone downhill.
