I called on a Thursday and they booked me for Saturday 12-2. Nobody called, nobody showed up. My husband drove to the business and it was closed but a man pulled up and my husband asked if he was still planning to come help us with our dryer. The man said yes, he would still come. The man did eventually come at 4:30pm. He was kind and said he had gotten held up. He offered to bring us a loaner dryer while we waited for necessary parts. We certainly would have appreciated a phone call but it ended well and we were grateful for the help!

I have had Richards Maytag work on several of my appliances, both in our home, which is in another community 60 miles away, and I also brought a dryer to the store. On both occasions Cal was friendly, efficient, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this business for your repair needs!

My home warranty used them twice.. both times I had a call AND he came out to fix my dryer the same day. Took him less then half hour and did a great job!!

I had to use Richards Maytag for my Lowes extended warranty coverage. I had an appointment scheduled and took the day off work for it. They never showed up. No call, no notice, nothing. I made a 2nd appointment, My son was here for the appointment. The technician came, took the washing machine apart, told my son he did not have the right parts to fix it and left. They said they would be ordering new parts, but did not give other info. It has been over a week, I have tried calling and they do not answer their office phone. This is the second time I have had to use Richards Maytag for appliance repair through Lowes , with same results.

Our story starts with a beautiful home birth. One day into of our little man's life we noticed that some of the meat in our freezer was thawing. We went to YouTube to try and diagnose the problem and came up with either the compressor was out or going out. We called around to several companies and had some trouble finding somebody who worked on residential appliances and would come out to our home in a rural area. Finally we got ahold of Richard's Maytag appliance the gentleman we spoke to was very knowledgeable and assured us that he could fix our problem despite a current flu panic. Our repair man promptly ordered a new compressor then came out to our home and installed it In a timely and professional manner . Now our meat is frozen and our minds are at ease and we get to turn back to focusing on our new family thanks to Richard's Maytag appliance we know who to call next time we have any troubles in the kitchen thanks again
