I have been having a tingling problem with my hair for months before I went to see Buffy and all I have to say is she is one of the best stylists that I have ever seen. She took my Tangled Up mess of hair and made it straight and soft and beautiful again. I will be back and will highly recommend Buffy and Southern Sass to all of my friends and family. Thank you so much Buffy for all that you did for me you helped me to get my confidence back.

Not An Expert But (01/20/2020)
Wife asked for her natural hair color of brown. First try it came out patchy (black and brown. Not what she asked for). She was then told it would be another $200 to shampoo it again. Second try it turned out blonde (again not what she asked for). She was then told they would charge more to color it to what she wanted. In total, she paid $400 to change her hair from black to brown. To me this seems like bad ethics and she shouldn't of had to pay extra when they messed up. 100% do NOT recommend.

I don’t leave many reviews but felt this one is warranted given the disappointment in what I paid and how everything turned out. I’m giving two stars because they were able to fit our bridal party in last minute (2 weeks before the wedding) and the staff was very nice. Now the disappointment....I paid $200 for three up-dos and two make-up applications. One up-do lasted until the end of the wedding but the other two were falling down before the ceremony even started (three hours after done). The make-up application was the biggest disappointment. The lighting was horrible and left the bride with an uneven/not blended jaw line and clown-like eyebrows. We had to wear our own foundation and apply our own mascara. During the make-up application the bride was asked if she had finishing powder and when she said no, the lady doing her make-up said let me run out to my car and get some more make-up like it was her personal stash. Also, they did not have fake lashes (which I figured would be discussed with the bride prior to the big day but wasn’t) and was told well you can go to Wal-Mart and get some and we’ll put them on. As for my own make-up I had to tell her to even out the shading on my eyes at least three times—I’m not expert at make-up application but at least I can shade evenly and notice when it’s not even. I did not make a big deal about my dissatisfaction at the salon as we were pressed for time. I would not recommend the salon for professional make-up application.
