Ordered the prime rib sandwich and fries to split with another person. I asked for an extra plate and ketchup when ordering. We got the order but no plate. She said she would bring it. Waited quite a while. French fries were cold and sandwich and dip were barely warm when we got our plate. No ketchup. Had to ask again. Everyone was racing around and not taking time for the guests.

I give them five stars for their support of veterans on Veterans Day. They served up great meals at no cost to the vets. Makes this a favorite local eatery. Great staff, great food and reasonable prices. We salute you.

Food was fairly good mine was cold, I had the 4-cheese mac with honey and black pepper chicken. I could not tell that there was 4 different cheeses tasted like only 1- cheese nothing like what I've had at different restaurants. My wife had Prime Rib with dipping sauce and it was excellent but her French fries were cold. I also had to ask for more tea twice. Our bill was 101.00 dollars for 6 people you would hope everything would at least be hot.

We've been to a half dozen locations in recent years. Unfortunately, the Applebee's chain has gone downhill. While we had a nice server, service was lacking. The French onion soup was cold. Had to take it to the bar to get someone's attention to have it reheated. And the fajita steak wrap was tasteless. Overall, the experience was disappointing. It will be the last time we give Applebee's a try. Too bad, really.
