The food is just okay and it takes a long time to get your food. I have been there twice. Once for lunch and once for dinner. Both times we waited a long time to get food. The servers were fine. They were busy at dinner time so that may he part of it. But at lunch they were not. It was right when they opened.

Great place for private event downstairs. Open or cash bar/ good food. Missouri's governor spoke in the large outdoor space. Venue can accommodate a large crowd with the outdoor space. As always the staff was very professional.

I adore this spot! They prepare delicious food, their menu is varied, The chef in that place is an expert, I love a lot tasting all their food. The food is consistently of high class, the attitude towards the clients is friendly. I go often to this restaurant and I not even once was unsatisfied. I recommend it with no hesitation.

We really like Players and go there frequently, mainly for their prime rib on Fridays and Saturdays. Usually the service is pretty good and friendly. Occasionally, like tonight, there will be a new waiter that is trying to learn their way around and can be a bit forgetful. Because we go there often enough, we are willing to to be patient. Management is wonderful, bar tenders are good. My only complete complaint is that if you are not a smoker or don't want to be smoked out while eating your food, you can't utilize their patio space, which is a shame. On truly nice weather days it would be great to have the option to sit outside but we always decline because there is usually one or several smokers out there on the covered patio. I wish Players would redesignate a space for smokers to go that doesn't impact other diners.

The prime rib and steak were great. Our appetizers of calamari and Portobello mushrooms were above average. Service was okay. Very crowded. No social distancing and our waitress had her mask down every time she was at our table.
