Covid19 is really hitting businesses. I love their plum sauce for my egg rolls but they were out because of truck delays. So I asked for sweet and sour and all I got was half of a little sauce cup. Barely covered 2 egg rolls.nBut the grilled chicken teriyaki was excellent.

I don't often give bad reviews, but this place absolutely deserves it. Not only are they often out of cups, sweet and sour sauce, and various other food items, but sometimes the store doesn't open when it's supposed to. In fact, I was in line this morning (having left work to get lunch for the office) only to have them tell me the chefs had come in late and they wouldn't be opening until 11:30. Mind you, the chefs were on the right of me in the parking lot smoking. Furthermore the place is disgusting, the food is either undercooked or overcooked, and they often don't use enough sauce. The location wasn't always this bad. It's a shame. Don't waste your money.

My wife and I have been going to this restaurant since it first opened and have never been disappointed until this afternoon. We went through the drive-thru and ordered three bowls with fried rice, one with beef and broccoli, one with string bean chicken and one with mushroom chicken. The fried rice was not fresh and in fact, was overcooked or had been sitting for some time. It was dark brown with numerous hard grains that could not be chewed. The beef was overcooked and tough. The string beans appeared to have been sitting for some time as they were shriveled.nnHopefully, this was an off day because it was a complete waste of $ 20.

The staff is always very nice and very accommodating. But twice now I've been there and they are allegedly waiting for the truck to come in. But it's not gonna stop me from coming back.

SLOW SERVICE, SLOW SERVICE, SLOW SERVICE. Was the 2nd car in line and waited 10 minutes just to order and then waited 18 minutes longer to get my food. The food was good but the service and attitude was extremely poor.
