I'll never step foot in a JOANN FABRICS and CRAFTS very again. Many times in to buy items either out of, or sale items get charged full price. Even when you go back and show the employees the store signal of item or items on sale. Happened again today.Also on a clearance item. Feed up with the Festus and South County Mehlville Mo locations. Also, rude employees. Done!!!!!!!. Was loyal customer for over 30 years. Pathetic!!!!!! If I could give O Star I would!!!!!

Not enough of variety of crafts to be a craft store more narrowed to fabric crafts but give 3 stars just for the small business owner giving us somewhere else besides Wal-Mart ud83dude44
Wide variety of craft items, both regular and seasonal. Good prices.
Love the employees! They are so nice and helpful. My only complaint is that it seems disorganized. I had a hard time finding what I needed. In fact I was unable to. I did find something equivalent.
