My Ford Focus Has been through a lot in the last couple years with multiple drivers hitting me. This State Farm office has been on top of my claims and very communicative and helpful. Their efficiency and professionalism are such a help in hard times.

Scott, Loma & Bradnon are rock stars. I had an accident & the State Farm claims dept. sent the paperwork & check to Scott's office. They originally told me it would arrive in 10 days but it arrived in 2 days. I was able to deposit the check & find a new car by the weekend. Brandon help me with insurance for the new vehicle and made sure I had all my bases covered. I have been with Scott's office for more years that I can remember & no one in his office has ever let me down. They have always been courteous & helpful even with simple questions.

I have been with Scot for around 3 years. All was good until I had someone run into me that also has state farm. Spoke with him told him I have never been through this process and I figured being my agent he would go to bat for me and help me through the process. Nope can't even get a call back. No updates,had me thinking claim was still open when it was not. I had to figure it out on my own. Had no problem taking my money. Well Scot. Thanks for the help now I know that I'm switching to an new agent. Maybe my b.b.b review will be better.they do not communicate and make you believe they are actually doing something for you when in fact they did nothing. Don't worry I gave state farm a great review to
