Recieved excellent customer service, next day service as well. Even gave me a coupon to use, much appreciated and have already recommended to others that were in need of good quality service and nice trusted individuals to have in your home. Employee was knowledgeable and trustworthy.

The service manager, Bill, came out and completed the termite bait station inspection that was not completed by the bug sprayer technician due to some of the stations not being visible. Bill brought several new bait stations to install if he could not find the original ones. He found all but one and installed a new bait station in that area. After completing the inspection Bill was very interested in hearing about how my Orkin service has been going and plans to address the deficiencies.

Outstanding customer service! Rich, the technician, was punctual, professional, easy going and communicative, knowledgeable, and ensured protection for items in house while he conducted inspection and meditation of problems. Matt, the General Manager, was easy to talk to and went the extra mile to ensure we received the services we needed. We had to reschedule an attic insulation installation, and Matt was very understanding and ensured the installation would work with our schedule, it did! The installers arrived on time and on the day we rescheduled for and did a great job! Mary, the customer service rep, was friendly, easy to get a hold of, communicative, and knowledgeable. She also assisted us in getting our account information updated quickly (for whatever reason the main call center that took our initial call really messed up our information). I would highly recommend this company to anyone that needs assistance with their pest control issues!!

I’ve had Orkin for close to 2 years now. Our technician is very nice and professional. My service is effective, it is exactly what I needed. I feel like the price is very reasonable.
