Every time I shop here the staff seems to go out of their way to make my experience good. I’m new to the area and they have been very helpful and friendly. The store manager Lon has exceptional customer service. Would recommend every time.
We have grown to love riddles here in Minot! All of the staff have been great, especially Tammae! She is so personable and is straight forward! She always helps my husband make informed choices (thank god!) which only benefits me(the wife) because it means he gets a good deal and i get the shiny things! LolnThe gentleman that work on the rings are top notch! We got my engagement ring and wedding band fused in our local store and all I can say is WOW! The service was fast and exceptional. My ring looks absolutely stunning and I can’t even tell they are fused! Definitely recommend Riddles Minot!
The customer service at Riddles at the Minot ND location is always very professional, knowledgeable and the customer is always treated with the utmost respect. When looking for that special gift for that special occasion the staff at Riddles would be more then happy to show you around and more then happy to answer any questions you might have.
