Kelly's Flooring was wonderful to work with. Best price for great quality flooring. We decided to make a change and they were very helpful and accommodating. Everyone was professional and they did a fantastic job. Highly recommended!!
We just had hard wood floors put in our hallway, kitchen and breakfast room. In dealing with Kelly's flooring they were fair, they care about the customer, and they delivered what they said they would do. The installers were great they were organized, provided high quality workmanship, attention to detail, customer focused, just an overall great experience. We love our new floors. Thank you Tom and the Kelly's team.
Avoid at all cost. Two upfront costs BEFORE they will even estimate carpet replacement. 1. they request customer to go to their store to pick out carpet FIRST? It gets worse. 2. They want money over the phone to show up to prepare estimate?? And then they are so small of company they cannot do the work until Jan 2021!! In today's COVID environment this small company is limiting its potential by reducing service to customers.
Very helpful, had a problem with stains on carpet after less than a year. Tried professional carpet cleaners twice, called Kelly’s and Christy advised me about how I might remedy problem. Now the beautiful carpeting I bought last year looks wonderful again.nThank you for your advice
Worked hard to get everything right. Great people. Ipe wood living room and Brazilian Chestnut bedroom. Luxury vinyl kitchen, bathrooms and 2 beds rooms.
