These guys were the best Bug Guys I have ever used by far. Phillip Bond was the employee who came out and was very on time, extremely honest, informative, likeable guy. He quickly addressed the Wasp problem with safe non-toxic, and environmentally friendly chemicals to prevent any further issues. I highly recommend these guys and cant say enough.
If i could put 10 stars, i would. The gentleman that came and did a termite inspection for a house that i’m purchasing did an amazing job. He was so very friendly, confident in his work and he even informed/educated me of some things that didn’t even notice about the house i was purchasing. I will always go with “Arenz” for any of my pests needs.
Recommended by realtor for termite inspection for home purchase; the price was fair and the inspector was friendly and punctual (though he considered a mask optional). However, the scheduling process was frustrating: people I spoke to in office incorrectly entered my address more than once, seemed disorganized to me, and added stress to the already stressful process of home buying.
They do a great job, are courteous, great prices, and awesome communication. Would recommend to anyone!
