Everytime that I walked in, the guys knew my name. When it came time to order, it was such an easy process. I got exactly what I needed without the added stress of the pressure of salesmen trying to sell me something I didnt need or want.
We received great help and service the time we were there they got us the right style of carpet and padding we were looking for and they helped us in picking out a installer
My wife and I have purchased both carpet and hardwood flooring from here. The salespeople are great and will help you find exactly what you are looking for. They will also work with you to find something to fit your budget! Our salesman Sam D was very patient with my wife and me! He also helped us on very short notice in a carpet emergency. Ask for him if you want a great floor shopping experience. His great customer service plus us finding the right flooring for us is why we will only shop for our flooring needs at the Carpet Garage!
Great deal on awesome carpet. Sales people were not pushy but you also did not feel ignored. Will only purchase from Carpet Garage in the future.
