I called them & stated that I have a child & our home was dipping down to 58°F at night. She then sent a repair man and he fixed the problem & now we have heat. I will go to this company again. And reccomend to anyone.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! RUDE, AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Our furnace has went out in the middle of the night, on one of the coldest nights of the year, and they cared less. We have two little boys, and they were only worried about not getting paid!! Whey wouldn't they?? Never again.

Very friendly and knowledgeable, also, helped me to trouble shoot my problem with central air unit. Hope to use this business in the near future to replace my furnace.

Called around 7pm with a heater with broken flame sensor. Told me he’d meet me at the shop at 8pm to sell me the part. What an awesome experience with North Central Service. Hands down I would recommend them to anyone.
