Tried to get the prongs tightened on my wife's wedding ring. First didn't quote me price. When I went to pick up the ring she wanted 250.00. I disagreed. The price was lowered to 115. When picking up the ring it had a blob on the stone. She admitted to heating the stone to a high temperature. She tried to tell me that the stone was not quality. I had picked that stone and know the condition. After about four trips back and forth they offered to replace the stone. Fine. They next day a get a call and her husband had removed the excess white gold. Now a month later her stone is loose again. I will take it elsewhere. I would not recommend this place for any repair work.
