I went in to get my aunt a new agent and they were so nice to her and understanding about what her needs were. and told her when they get switched over that she can come in and they will explain every bit of how her policy works. I was so glad that we went in there.

My experience with this agency was terrific. After reviewing my previous auto and renters policies, Derek gave me quotes with Allstate. Although I'm paying more than my previous company, I'm getting better coverage at a reasonable rate. I got a quote from my previous agency with the same limits and they couldn't match or beat Allstate. Derek was very easy to talk to. He was personable yet professional. During his follow-up call with me this morning, he mentioned life insurance which is probably a difficult topic to bring up. He handled it well and, with my permission, will pass my information on to the appropriate person.
