Zac Gibson - Missouri Farm Bureau Insurance

Awesome guy to deal with. Very friendly. Highly recommend. We currently have 6 vehicles and a house insured with him. Very good home town agent which is hard to find.

Worst company in the country, their 19 yr old insured Road Raged my family, side swiped our car, causing $2500.00 worth of damages to our vehicle and nearly killed us while going 60 mph on a 2 lane road because she was in a hurry and was mad we were going the speed limit. Before even having all the claim information, pictures, witness statements and audio from the scene backing up the police report, from us and Gieco, that she swerved into us hitting us, the adjuster Brian Lucas denied the claim saying we were 50% at fault, even after Gieco our insurance company said we were not at all at fault. Even trying to be nice Gieco went ahead and went out of their way to talk with someone higher up than Mr. Lucas at Farm Bureau. That attempt was pushed back with a we will still not change our mind and even though our insured swerved at your client and hit your client, they are still 50% at fault... These people are scam artists and no one should do business with them ever. 3 months later and still never taken care of our damages from their insured, so I am now going to let others know the kind of company that this is. Their insured is going to be very surprised when they get a summons soon, because they failed to handle her accident, I wonder how they are going to explain, how they did not take care of my damages and now she is going to have to deal with in a civil suit directly. I can tell you this I have been with Gieco for 9 + years and will never deal with scummy scammers like Farm Bureau Insurance. At least with Gieco I will never have to worry about getting sued if I was in an accident, because they take care of their customers and their customers damages, caused. This is a big Warning to all who are looking at doing business with FARM BUREAU INSURANCE ...stay far far away.
