I wish there was an option for zero stars. This guy sold my parents a Long Term Care policy. They paid the premiums faithfully for years and he collected the commission, I’m sure. Now they needed the benefits and State Farm has given us a huge hassle for over 4 months about getting what the policy is supposed to pay. I called the office and left numerous messages for help from Mr Sippel to get the benefits. It has been over two weeks and I still have not received a call. Ridiculous and wrong! Don’t buy anything from this guy unless you want a hassle and no payout.
