I would give a negative rating however, that is not a choice.nI ordered two pairs of glasses, neither pair fit or focused properly. I raised my concerns hoping to come to an equitable solution, unfortunately that did not happen.

I was plagued with floaters most of my life and as of late they obstructed my vision. I had Dr. Jacobs perform a vitrectomy on each eye and the result has been amazing. No more floaters and clear vision for the first time in decades. He is extremely good at what he does and I consider it a true miracle to have clear vision again.
