The Dentist is amazing and he explains things well and has a great personality. His staff is also very friendly and the whole environment is nice to be in. I have never been to a Dentist office I felt so comfortable in and welcome and that went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled the way I needed. Including helping me with my insurance and figuring out so I could get the care I needed. Thank you for everything. And if your looking for a great Dentist with friendly healthful staff this is a the place.
Great staff, super friendly! We drove 3 hrs to get our cleaning and checkup done here. We have no dental insurance and the cost to drive and pay for our visit was 1/3 the price than if we stayed local. Definitely recommend them!
Last week I had a terrible toothache and I couldn't find anybody in the Sidney area that would look at it. I called Aspen dental and they squeezed me in. I drove the two hours to Minot and they were awesome. They stayed late after hours to help me and were nothing but polite and down to earth. The prices were one third of what Williston/Sidney were going to charge. Doctor made the procedure painless. I had no insurance but everyone there treated me great. I can't recommend them enough. They were freakin Awesome. I won't go anywhere else. Worth the drive.
I would come here again .Just wish to get informed clearly about the treatments and the procedure duration when we receive call for confirming the appointment that helps a lot to plan take off from work or to take care of other important work accordingly. Would be nice if long waiting time could be avoided on scheduled appointment . Thank you
Made me reserve my teeth cleaning a year in advance.n1 month before my appointment they called me saying I had to cancel.nWhen I asked when I would be able to get my teeth cleaned, they said they didn't even know and that I should call back a month later.nnLet that sink in. Wait a year to get my teeth cleaned, they cancel and don't even know when I could come in.nnOther experience involved them telling me to come in for a filling, when I sit in the chair their handing me a form to perform a procedure 4 times as expensive, a full crown replacement. No one had even told me they changed their minds on what they wanted me to do. Had to talk them down into doing a filling, which has worked just fine, thank you.
