I used to be very happy with this bank. My personal banker has left and now have had two very bad experiences. Today I spoke with the manager, Yolanda, and I was frustrated (not mean or cursing or anything) and once she said what she had to say, she quickly became rude and said goodbye and proceeded to hang up on me. I am going to cancel my account asap!

I am not sure of the basis for the recent negative reviews. I have had nothing but excellent service from the management and staff. I highly recommend this location.
Management at this branch is unprofessional and rude. Do not open an account and if you have one close it and go somewhere else.
Management is terrible. The women wanted to question why I wanted to close my account and give me the run around. She was very unprofessional, she got an attitude with me bc I told her I was unhappy with the banks service and after I got upset with her attitude she tried calling security on me.
