Updating my rating to 3 stars, as they are maybe improving at this branch? Yes, the outside ATM is horrible (unless they've gotten it repaired recently) and it struggles to read cards, then it spat my cash right on the ground and I had to go after it. However, I called to get a document notarized, made an appointment with them and it went super smoothly. This is an excellent free service to customers. I guess just be ready to struggle at the outside ATM and catch your cash as it falls out and you're good to go at this branch. The staff I dealt wish were actually quite nice, which was surprising after reading the reviews.
The Manager Jasmina is literally the rudest person I’ve ever seen in a bank. Apparently she skipped the day of training when customer service was taught. I have heard her talking about other customers and even her employees. She is highly unprofessional! When I mention his to other employees, they all kind of role their eyes and say I know. I truly feel sorry for the entire staff!!! I highly recommend you to go elsewhere!
It’s been a while and I’d like to say I’m actually happy to bank here now . I feel there staff and current branch manager have helped me out tremendously and have tried to do anything and everything they could to help me. I would say since the new branch manager has taken over place has turned around. I’m happy .

don't waste your time or money with these crooks. they do not treat anyone with respect. They have the highest fees out of any bank in Jefferson County, they hold large checks for an obnoxious amount of time even if your account is in good standing.
