Waiting in line way too long
Ordered a shake, 8 tacos, 3 egg rolls and loaded potato wedges! When I received my order their was only 2 egg rolls (they don't even sell 2), either 1 or 3. Also my loaded wedges we're missing!
Only gave 3 stars because I've stopped there 3 times in the last two months but two of the times I backed out of the drive thru due to really long wait before even getting to order. On the most recent visit there was no line and waited a reasonable amount of time for freshly made food. Love the tacos and in general the quality of all the food I've ordered is normally good at this location
Went there this morning after voting. They were so slow it was ridiculous. I ordered an ultimate breakfast sandwich and got something different on a pretzel bun. My sister ordered a breakfast platter. The hash brown patty didn't even look edible, the eggs were luke warm and there was no syrup for the pancakes. She also ordered a cup of coffee. The guy at the window said we would have to wait while he made a pot of coffee so we left without coffee. I think we deserve a free meal of something we actually ordered to make up for the horrible service.
Poor service as well as customer service. Poor quality and cannotnget orders correct. Watch for double charging ( buy the combo and get charged again for fries or drink.)nThey will tell you if you catch it that it was the computer, not them.nContacted head office and asked if I knew any good jokes.
