We visited here on Wednesday and had some issues with a few gift cards we had purchased from Sam's club while using the kiosk at the front of the theatre. We spoke with one of the employees and they grabbed the manager to help. Matt the Manager on duty was amazing and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. He even called to make sure there was a balance on the cards for us since they were ringing up expired...he did mention that they do not expire so he felt that was super odd! He did verify they did in fact have money on them. He did not have to do that but we sincerely appreciated his effort in making sure we were taken care of! Customer service at its best! Matt has exemplary customer service skills, something I thought was a lost art! Because of Matt's genuine concern for us I will be reccomending this theatre to everyone I know. Not to mention, the theatre was spotless, loungers were super comfortable, prices are reasonable on tickets and food as well! Couldn't have asked for a better experience at this theatre! Giving 5 stars and would give 10 if I could!

Theater is currently CLOSED due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.nThe seats in the theater are leather seats which are comfortable to sit it & the chairs also rock back & forth with cup holders in the arms of the chairs.nThe theater is very well maintained & cleaned between each showings.nThe concession area, has Nathan's ALL Beef Hot Dog's, popcorn, candy, Coke Products to drink & nacho.nPlus they HAVE BEER & WINE too

I have a monthly pass for the great escape theatre that is worth every dollar. So very clean and comfortable theater. The monthly movie pass is only $18 for unlimited movies! So much savings. So much fun. ud83cudfacud83dudcfdufe0fud83cudfad

For a theater trying to compete with more modern ones, they still make the customer come to them for their drinks. Yet they charge the same prices.nMost of the staff is very nice and friendly. Not all, maybe she was just having a bad day. ??
