Never been here before, walked in guy working never said hi welcomed us, never asked if I wanted to see anything in the case when I clearly wanted to waited 5 minutes and just walked out. Not very good customer service!

My boyfriend and I went in to just look at some rings, to see what he had. He was super impatient with me and extremely rude. I finally walked out in disgust. He literally made me cry, he was so rude. No worries, I ended up spending $600 elsewhere. I guess he didn’t want our money.

Gave the guy a call as soon as I asked my question he just avoided it tried to sell me a tv, obviously cant just answer simple questions
