We hired Promise Home Works for some work in our home. We have NEVER, in our ENTIRE elderly lives, been more satisfied and impressed. The workers were so very polite and professional. We had our bathroom redone and changed from a tub to a walk-in shower. It is BEAUTIFUL and we have never been happier. They also moved our laundry facilities from the basement to an upstairs room. WOW!!nThey arrive everyday, at the time they promise. They work very, very hard ALL DAY and NEVER spend anytime just “hanging around”. And, every day when they leave, they clean up everything, from the day. We are so happy with them that we have recommended them to a rehab facility for patients going home with disabilities, to contact, as well as to all of our friends.nTheir Supervisor also comes by everyday to check the progress and make sure everything is on schedule. He is so knowledgeable and professional.nThis was a huge job we hired them for and we will never hire any other company, except them. The owners are also wonderful people.nI wish we could give 10 stars but there are only 5 available.nThank you Promise Home Works - we love you!!!!
You should know that my Mom is suspicious of all vendors. I recently arranged for Promise Home Works to fix a chair lift that she desperately needed and which wasn't working at all. Greg assessed the problem, fixed it with a great deal of experience, efficiency and professionalism and Mom loved the experience - this is a first! I felt so great that she was in good hands and that her home is safe again. Thank you, Promise Home Works! I couldn't recommend them more highly.
We purchased the walk in tub and the crew showed up and started demolishing the old tub/shower combination. They laid a protector on our hardwood floor and strung up a barrier to keep dust out of the room where my wife stayed during the demolition . She has end stage COPD and is hooked to an O2 machine 24/7. Everything went like clock work and we love our new tub. I highly recommend Promise Home Works !
The team at Promise Home Works is first rate. Their communication is fast and clear, and they were able to install a ramp for my family quickly and efficiently. The product is super sturdy, and it will allow great mobility and freedom.nnHighly recommended!
My father in law was very ready to come home from PT rehab after a hospitalization but couldn’t get up the two steps into the house without 1-2 very strong people to haul him up in a wheelchair. He gets around fine with a walker without stairs. Less than 72 hours after I sent a message, he was walking confidently up the ramp and into his house.
