Great place, they always know what I need and what to do. They are the professionals. Disregard the other comments. I also collect coins and they are so kind to swap my other coins for knew ones and so forth. They have notified me when my card was stolen as well. Great place
Money missing from my account with no explanation
I went to this location 9/10/18 and I believe her name was Megan. Blonde hair. I told her I needed a new card bc part of my chip came off. I first told her I needed to be able to use the card I have now still and she said my account could be left open I made it clear that it was important. Then she mailed my card to the WRONG address! And since after my card has been declined everywhere. I called and my card is CANCELED. I will not come here again and recommend everyone to go elsewhere.
Thrives. We specifically asked for overdraft protection but to them this means they won't let me spend more than I have however if I don't have ikt on there trhey will allow to go thru so they can charge us 38 bucks in overdrafts fees per item but that kinda makes no pint to having overdraft protection. I banked at regions on south kingshighwsy never had issue started going to this location on Bowles and they will steal your money don't bank here !!!! If 0 stars was a choice they would have received it from us bc they have earned it crooks.
