Never answer the phone...
Very rude and don't help with questions. I've dealt with credit unions for 20 years and this one is the worst. American eagle credit union or Community credit union are better choices
Great customer service
I am pretty happy with this Credit Union. They always make me feel welcome and have given me a couple of Misc loans through out the years and even when my credit wasn't that great they did that for me and got me back on my feet. The staff is very friendly and you get that home town/small town feel and that's nice. Its easy to bank here because they have longer hours than a regular bank and less waiting time for checks to clear. If you need a bank account, go with a credit union they are different than banks. But this is my fav credit union. :)
Have been here for almost 7 years with no problems. Recently got an auto loan, Adam is awesome! Very helpful and knowledgeable!
