I've banked with Rockwood for over ten years, they are truly a local community bank. You are greeted by your name when you walk in the door. Staff is friendly and I can get an actual person on the phone when I call.

I've been using Rockwood Bank for 7 years and they are great. No surprise fees or unnecessary ones. And the employees at the High Ridge location are exceptionally nice.

Marilyn at this location is extremely rude and Jeff at the eureka location is just as bad. Their personnel in operations informed me I could reopen my account and when I went in Marilyn (has an orange face and white eye shadow caked around her eyes looking like Mimi from Dre carey show) was rude and said I was a liar and no one offered to reopen my account. Jeff at eureka location wouldn't even allow me to file a complaint and instead sided with Mimi. Will never refer people to this bank!!!
