Only 3 stars. This location is in Jefferson County where covid is rampant yet nobody wears a mask. I pay by credit card so I don't have to go in and, what do you know, no paper in machine so I have to go in anyway.
Customer service is severely lacking. The cashier I was checked out had somewhat of an attitude and seemed just annoyed to be there in general. I'd reccomend going to the Phillips 66 down the road. Much better service
Staff is rude. I prepaid in store on a pump and once I attempted to pump my gas the pump did not show there was a prepay nor did it allow me to pump anything at all. I then went into the store and spoke to a staff member explaining the situation. She had an attitude saying yeah we have had trouble with that pump you can try that pump again or go to a different one. I then ask whether or not the money would be added to my card immediately or would it take time to process. She stated she doesn't know with a snide attitude. I then went to a different pump of which the security tag broken.I will not be returning to this location.
Only 3 stars, because daytime staff is awesome, but one of the night staff is rude and too lazy to brew coffee, and is allowed to remain being that way. A few times he has locked the place up, put a sign up saying he was in the restroom, but obviously was malingering...since it remained that way for a very long time. The Phillips in town has cleaner restrooms, and this BP seems to be a junkie Mecca late at night
Friendly staff, and they have two quarter machines! Lmao
