Totally Trips is fantastic! My husband and I have been wanting to take an anniversary trip for a few years now and this year we decided to make it happen. While we normally book our vacations ourselves, we decided to stop at Totally Trips in Festus, MO to see what options they had. You can really tell a lot about a business by how well it is put together. Not only does the office look like you have walked into a professional environment, but their Employees greet you with a smile and welcome you as though they have known you for years. We met with one of the agents who listened to us and our wants for this special occasion. She immediately pulled up some options for us that were within our budget and never made us feel like we needed to spend more money to have a wonderful trip. My husband and I left that day with the perfect amount of options to think about. That evening we received an email with all the information we had discussed and with a breakdown of all the cost. After researching the different options that Totally Trips gave us (because that’s what we do) there was no doubt that they had the best prices. We returned to the Agency a few days later with our Dream Anniversary Vacation decision. This personalized experience has been absolutely wonderful. I never thought we would use a Travel Agency for booking a vacation since we always do our own research. But, now that I know they can get you better deals, make the experience exciting and we don’t have to spend the extra hours trying to find the lowest deals….I will certainly be using Totally Trips again! I highly recommend them!

No arnold office. Dont use their services. Better company's out there. They're never on time, not reliable.

My wife and I have been married for 20 years, and decided to take a special anniversary trip this year that would be unique and memorable. We have always booked our own travel, and so we dove into the planning for this trip. Traveling in March, we considered Cancun, but were worried about the Spring Breakers. We considered Hawaii, but the time involved in the flights, the variations from one Island to the next, and the myriad of suggestions from friends and family left us feeling overwhelmed.nnAfter a couple weeks of working on our own, we decided it was time to get a professional opinion. We accepted that it may cost a bit more since our perception was that working through a travel agent would be a bit more expensive.nnWe went in together and met with the team at Totally Trips, and the experience was excellent! There were multiple locations south of Cancun that were specifically designed to minimize the effect of Spring Break on our romantic getaway. Our rep was confident, knowledgeable, and expertly addressed our concerns and needs with clear communication.nnGiven the variation in cost of flights between Mexico and Hawaii, it would have been easier to just tell us we should go to Mexico since the accommodations, food, and experience would be better at the same budget. Instead, they took the time to offer options for Hawaii that would work in our budget. They chose locations based on our interests and requests, and gave well reasoned explanations describing how and why their suggestions addressed our wants and needs.nnWe left with information, and later that evening received email quotes for the trips we had discussed. Much to my surprise, the Totally Trips quotes were better than what I could book myself through the multitude of discount sites I had been combing through for weeks. I found additional comfort in knowing that they would be willing to price match if I found a lower price from a reputable booking source. I continued to do research on the islands, considering bed and breakfasts, condos, and reading books and reviews on travel to the places we were considering. I received an email a couple days later from Totally Trips. No pressure, just checking in and offering further assistance if I had any questions.nnHaving decided that we wanted to go to Riviera Maya, we went in for a second meeting to address specific questions about accommodations, travel dates, and locations. They were patient, attentive, and thorough. They were clearly invested in ensuring we were comfortable and confident, and that all our questions were answered.nnThe booking process was refreshingly stress-free, well-organized, timely, and genuinely friendly. As I mentioned, we have always done our own booking in the past. The value they provided has earned them my respect, and my future business. Do yourself a favor and give Totally Trips a shot for your next trip, you will love the results!
