Their people are great at assessing the situation. They also provided some solutions that can end my problem and ended up choosing the cheapest one. Our situation was very unique. It involves a mother and a baby raccoon that fell from the ceiling and into the gap in our wall. They used a device that helped them extract the baby raccoon without cutting a hole in our drywall. They also took care of the mother raccoon and sent them to the wildlife rehabilitation facility. They are efficient, professional, and they are good at interacting with their clients. I appreciate all your help.

My brother recently used your service. This is become the one business that everyone in our family has come to depend upon. We have come to recognize them for being great at what they do.nThey did a great job for my brother after doing a great job at our house. We have been hearing some strange sounds on the ceiling and one day, we finally had enough of the scratching and the thumping sound so we called this company. They arrived later that afternoon to inspect our home. They gave me various options but I decided to choose the installation of the exclusion door since it looks practical and affordable. The noise suddenly subsided. They returned after 2 weeks to inspect again our property. After telling us that there were no longer signs of active infestation and giving us some pointers, they removed the exclusion door and sealed the hole.

I have used these guys exclusively for the last five years for our apartment complex. There is really no one who has been more receptive and professional about taking care of problem pests whether it is inside or outside. You can imagine the kind of problems you can have running an apartment complex, including major issues with lice and bedbugs. We even had a raccoon infestation one time. Great service. Every person who has come out to help has been sensational. The only service in town that we would even consider using now.
