Stopped in for a quick lunch with a friend. Service was fast and good. The food was good too!
Now I've had my fair share of burgers throughout my life but nothing compares to the BLAZIN' hot burger at FCG. I'm telling you, it's hot but delicious. The spice is a crazy blend I had never tasted before. I drive an hour each way to have a burger here but I do it anyway!
The soup and salad was great. And I think it may be the best burger that I’ve ever had.
This is one of the most poorly run and managed business in Jefferson County. We have had 3 encounter here where Owner is extremely volatile, rude, and violent. They mess up orders very often and we have seen the owner throw violent fits if rage many times in the kitchen right in front if customers, screaming at staff, throwing things, complaining about cooking orders right in front of the people that are the ones who ordered it? We finally started ordering our food to go just to avoid the toxic and uncomfortable setting. Even then we had our 20 m8nute orders take 2 hours and half of it missing. My husband said under no circumstances are we allowed to give them our business again.
Had an opportunity to speak with the owners. Great, compelling and entertaining story. Great family vibe and they have gone through a lot to survive and thrive. Love, love, love this place.!
