Went through the drive through to get the New York royal cheesecake blizzard (my favorite) and it was delicious and made perfectly! The new owner is doing an excellent job of whipping that place into shape, awesome job Angel! Keep up the great work, I’m definitely coming back for more!

Absolutely horrible customer service. They mischarged us, got multiple aspects of our order wrong, and it just seemed like they could care less that they'd made mistakes - like there was no effort to make corrections or learn what was done wrong.nnOh yeah, we got apologies from the very nice manager-like person (we weren't sure he was a manager - it seemed like he just has a better way with people and so that's why he was sent out to deal with the screwed up order). But I really feel like there is no real training on customer service.nnGiven that there are so many other fast food places to eat, I will never eat here again. There isn't a secret to good customer service and good training. It's not a new thing. One chance. That's all any restaurant gets from me. And this Dairy Queen blew it.
