Love this bank! Everyone is very friendly and so helpful. The employees and manager are great to assist with any questions and advise me about useful stuff I didn't realize.
Great bank when I enter I am greeted by many employees. I don't have to usally wait I am called up quickly almost every time. Great staff!
The new phone system is horrible. You get connected to someone out of the area and they are rude and do not provides answers, or try to assist you, they just quote policies and procedures and try to shut you down. I left BoA because of this and will leave Enterprise!
The staff are like family at our hometown location. The new bank statements are lacking in INK. They are too light for the eyes. Spend a little extra so that your customers can read the statement.nThe lack of personal contact at some locations is detestable. No one wants a computerized teller. This is just depressing.nWe recently ordered checks and received an increase in price and decrease in quality of product. We are not happy with you Enterprise Bank. I think that if you are going to buy out hometown locations you need to be a lot more customer focused.
