Good quite place to enjoy lunch. Not a wide variety on the buffet but everything I tried tasted real good. I was quite fond of there fresh crispy noodles for there egg drop soup. Then again I am a huge egg drop soul fan. Service was excellent, my glass never got empty, the continuously asked if I was ok, and promptly removed the dishes from my table. Bonus, they have an ice cream ud83cudf66 machine for kids, well adults too.
Mostly empty buffet. What was left was congealed and looked like it had been there since lunch (I was here at 6pm). Safe holding time for hot items is one hour. Rice was cold and undercooked. Drinks tasted like floor cleaner. The waitress was absolutely darling though.
Ive been enjoying Golden Dragon since I was a baby! I love the sweet n sour chicken, egg rolls, and their veggie egg foo young is my personal favorite! I can tell you not a thing has changed in my 27 years of having the best Chinese food in town.
Every time I visit Joplin I eat here at least 2-3 times per visit (average visit 4 days), the service is always exceptional and the food never disappoints!!! The owner is an adorable lady!! Always have to get take out and put it in a cooler with dry ice to deliver to my kids at home in Indianapolis !
My favorite spot for tasty Chinese food. Food was so delish. Certainly worth going back to. Bring your appetite because portions are filling. I see why this place has so many great reviews.
