This Sonic has changed. The team members are friendly and very attentive. The food is much better. And the orders come out right! Yip good place for a burger, fries and a shake. Mozzarella sticks are delicious. I love the new French vanilla cold brew coffee.

The manager there has some of the best customer service I've ever dealt with in fast food. We had an issue with a food item and I went back, I drove straight to the window and he came out the side door as soon as I stopped knowing I was upset with something. He sincerely apologized, fixed my order, and also gave me a compensation for the next visit. Since then he has remembered my kids normal order and had it ready a lot quicker than usual every time. He is very good at his job and better with customer service.

The carhop said my card didn't go through. I said please check, because it said it did. Then she wanted to take my card to run it inside. I pulled up my transactions, proved it went through, and she still wouldn't give me my shake. I refused to give her my card. So she goes to check inside, comes out with an attitude, and gives me my shake. Was irritated, so we left without checking. She sure gave me the wrong food, too. No tip coming her way.
