Staff is very energetic and are all very helpful. Games are social distanced. And the food is so so good!

Took my kids here to play some games since it's been awhile since they have been to an arcade. They had some amazing deals that allowed the kids to play all the games they wanted for an hour. The kids had an amazing time and loved playing all of their favorite games. There are plenty of sanitation stations throughout the place. Thank you for a fun evening with the family.

The games do not spit out tickets anymore. There seems to be less rewards when winning a game. It is basically a waste of time. Even our three year old was ready to leave because she wasnt haveing fun. The pizza was small and over cooked. It was just like a frozen pizza from a store. The employees are joyless and obviously hate their jobs. It is horribly overpriced. I cant believe they are still in business

Usually I'm very satisfied with Chuck-E-Cheese in Joplin. But this time I got food poisoning from the salad. Been very sick. Was kinda disappointed because it was my grandsons 5th birthday

Overpriced and bad service. I won't be coming back nor will I recommended anyone else to do the same.
