It's a nice clean old school mall, kind of forgotten in time.

I went to the king's buffet Chinese restaurant in the mall and it is excellent food

Its a big building with just 3 stores. That's where the DMV is located too.

There's really nothing in here. Dickinson really needs to step it up and get new businesses in to this town. The Department of Motor Vehicles is in the plaza. There's a Chinese food restaurant, with some pretty bad food. And I don't even know what else is in here because it is so old and dated that there is no reason to go. And if you do have to go to the DMV, I highly recommend clearing your entire day. It is horrid, wait time is ridiculous.
