The staff at SERC in Joplin are professional and friendly. I had a very unusual problem and they took the time and effort to find the best options for me. Allen was fantastic in his efforts to help me and I came away feeling so much better! I’m so glad I tried SERC! My only regret is now that I’ve finished my therapy I won’t get to see these great people again. Best physical therapy in the area!!!

Very professional, easy to work with, very encouraging. Pleasant facility, staff very courteous. I have previously used other physical therapy providers in the area, and would definitely recommend SERC!

THIS PLACE IS GREEEAT !!nI HAD BEEN AT IPT & WAS DISRESPECTED TREATED VERY POORLY BY AN UNPROFESSIONAL, UNCARING, VERY UNDEDICATED STAFF.nI GOOGLED SERC, CALLED & CONSULTED WITH THEM & SET UP AN APPT.nFROM THE ONSET I WAS TREATED WITH RESPECT, CONCERN & CONSIDERATION FOR MY INDIVIDUAL ISSUES BY A VERY CARING PERSONABLE STAFF.nTHE ATMOSPHERE IS ALSO VERY CLEAN, & COMFORTABLE.nSTAFF IS VERY HELPFUL, ATTENTIVE & EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE.nALL THE STAFF ARE KIND, WARM, CARING, HAVE A GREAT SENSE OF HUMOR & ARE PATIENT.nWOULD RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE, ANY AGE GROUP, ANY GENDER & WITH ANY PHYSICAL REHABILITATION NEED.
