We use traci thomas for all our 5 star moving trucks and our Family home and cars. She is on top of things and really takes care of us would not use anyone else. Highly Recommended !

Traci Thomas and her staff are amazing! We have everything insured with Shelter. The service we received regarding a auto accident was prompt at meeting our needs from rental car and much more. We are so glad to be a 30 plus year customer with Shelter. In addition, we will always be grateful how quick they responded to our claims after the Joplin 2011 tornado. Prior finding Shelter we were paying outrageous premiums. Glad to be a client of Shelter who has saved us so much money.
