Heather and Matt were very helpful as I stopped into the office, I had so many questions and they were able to answer them all, as well as gave me all the info I needed with pricing and different coverages for changing up a few things on my policies right then and there. They made everything very clear and easy to understand. Heather helped me set up with Safelite to get a windshield repaired and they called to set up the appointment within an hour of me leaving the State Farm office. I love the option to text in questions I might have, and knowing it’s Heather on the other end actually responding to me, instead of calling or dealing with automated systems like a lot of businesses use now.

When we had our accident last year they were there to walk us thru all necessary steps to file, and collect. Sometimes even going above and beyond by doing it for us instead of just throwing info at us. They seemed genuinely concerned about our safety and well being after having our vehicle totaled by a drunk driver.nAnd, with COVID, some months have been really tight budget wise. They offered alternative solutions and pushed dates back for us. And send reminders that those dates are close.nI appreciate them greatly!!

Heather was exceptional in taking the time to assist me with an estate and the related homeowner insurance. Having no prior relationship with the agency, I left feeling that my concerns were important to her and the company. She really came through and helped me in a difficult time.nnWhen I called today, Bobbie came to the rescue in researching the premium when the house sold. I called my State Farm office regarding some lost paper work. The receptionist had their original scanned and to me the next day. I had to call again as I was not clear and what I received was the wrong date. This time she had the correct paper work to me almost immediately. My wife and I have dealt with State Farm for various insurance issues over the years, in fact we have been with them for auto insurance for over 50 years non-stop. I hope anyone would interpret that as a major ATTABOY!nnRay
