If you looking for something to eat that is a local mom and pop style food and restraunt while traveling through the area, then Iggy's is a must stop. The old fashion diner feel was spot on, and Rosie gave us great service. The portions left us full, and if they ever make some of there cool Chubby Shirts in a 4X, I might just have to make a trip back down to get one ud83dude42

We enjoyed our dinner at Iggy's. I had the steak burger with the onions and mushrooms on the side - excellent! My husband liked the tenderloin sandwich. As we were leaving someone ordered the Spaghetti Red. It looked real good. We're going to try that next time. We'll be back Iggy!

The place is adorable. I'm from KC and couldn't get over how cute it was outside and inside. The food is not expensive and they give some very generous portions. The server, Katelyn, was friendly, fast, kept a genuine smile on her face behind that mask that you could see in her eyes. Such a sweetheart and attentive. I would reccomend this place if you want a hot meal with diner style flavor. A little grease and some carbs to cure a slight hangover never hurts from time to time. ud83dude09

Fresh, hand-cut fries are always a favorite, as well as their Chubby Cheeseburger basket. Add a cherry or vanilla Coke and you'll have a meal fit for a king! Excellent service. Awesome ambiance. And great selection of food. A must for Carthage visitors and residents alike.

The most unexpected gem! To think we almost ate at McDonald's because we were driving through the area and had no idea what was around. I begged the hubby to drive a little further and eat something better than fast food. This was perfection! Everything was delicious, fast, and the service was good too. To attempt to be somewhat healthy, I ordered the oriental salad... Again, not expecting anything really good, and it was amazing!!! If you're driving through Missouri on i-49 / 71 highway (I think near Joplin)... Take exit 49 (I think).... You won't be disappointed.
