Jerry and his office were great, until this disastrous COVID-19 scenario played out. Unfortunately the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing, and unfortunately the customer suffers. You are going to be hard pressed to get an immediate answer on any issues from the office, and call backs are few and far between.nnYou would be better off to go to a different agent.

I had closed on my house a month prior to getting a call from Jerry informing me that the coverage I had already paid for a year in advance was no longer available at the amount needed to satisfy the mortgage company. It worked out in my favor because I found more coverage for less money elsewhere. Jerry was a super nice guy and this review is not a reflection on him, but on State Farm. I can not recommend.
