Brenda Erie has been my Therapist for the last couple years after the loss of my sister. She not only helped me through the grieving process, but a number of other issues. She's an amazing therapist. She will find what works for you. I love that my faith is incorporated in the healing process. The use of EMDR and cognitive therapy are a part of what works well for me. Brenda is professional and also makes it feel like talking to your best friend. Brenda is excellent at her job. I highly recommend her.

I cannot say enough positive things about Brenda Erie in mental health and Brian with Physical Therapy. When I started with Brenda, I had several areas in my life where I felt stuck and was continually spiralling in negative thoughts and beliefs. Brenda utilized EMDR and I have gained so much clarity, confidence and healing through my sessions with her and the EMDR process. I never felt rushed or minimized, even when I had to circle around the same issue several sessions in a row, I always felt like she believed in me and I would come out of the tunnel. And I did. I didn't know how much the memories and happenings of my childhood were causing havoc in my soul 30 years later. Sessions with Brian on the Physical Therapy side complimented my healing, as I realized tension from those negative thoughts and belief patterns is largely what was causing my neck and jaw pain. I will always be grateful for my journey with Brenda and Brian and will always be ready to share their number with those I come in contact with who may also feel stuck and experiencing chronic pain. I feel more whole and more free today than I did a year ago and I have Brenda Erie and Therapy Solutions to thank. 5 big stars!!

I had rotator cuff surgery in February 2017. Tom was my physical therapist who helped get back on the road to recovery over the next several months. Last week, I was having intense pain in my shoulder and was unsure of I had done some damage to my repaired shoulder. I contacted Tom and explained my situation. He was very patient and kind, listening to my concerns and offering some advice. By the time we ended our phone call, he had worked me into his schedule first thing the following morning to meet with me. I went in and within 10 minutes, he had addressed the issue (tense muscles had created some pinching on the nerves). I was so relieved there wasn't any damage and was able to get right back to work. I truly appreciate Tom and the rest of the crew at Therapy Solutions. They are friendly, kind, caring and compassionate. They want to make sure a person gets back on his/her feet and get back to enjoying life. Thanks again, Tom!
