I had a claim with American Family Insurance in 2009 and 2020 concerning damage to the roof on my house. The first claim was going to replace my whole roof. The company downgraded it to only half the roof. My agent did nothing to advocate for me. My current claim is about a long delay in replacing my roof and dealing with an adjuster who refuses to talk with my roofers which has caused more delay. I called my agent and he forwarded my message back to the adjuster which did no good. I have hired an attorney. This agent is definitely a company man and will always put American Family above the customer!
