Good insurance not so good agent. Was told he could beat the price of the company I have been with for 15 years. First quote was more expensive. Was told if I transferred my home insurance both would be cheaper. Long story short actual price was way above the 3 quotes.Was given cash discount and was told to see Mark when time for renewal for another discount. Time for renewal and was refused discount I was promised. Am now stuck paying almost $200 more than I was for trusting Mark. I will be going back to my old insurance company.nUp date!!!nPaid my insurance in cash and Mark sent my auto insurance to my home insurance so I get an e-mail telling me my car insurance was going to be canceled because of non payment. Think it may finally be straightened out but I thought that when I paid it the first time.nI may keep Farmer's but if I do it will be with a different agent.
