I have used Countryside Flowers previously with no issues but today there was issues.nnI ordered flowers on 11/02 to be delivered 11/06 to my moms work place for her birthday. When I didn't hear anything by late afternoon, I started calling. 2:46pm the flowers were on the van in route. As of 4:00 pm, no flowers. Called again at 4:04 and was again told they are in route. My mother leaves work at 4:30 and the flowers were delivered at 4:27pm to her office.nnI had to take time out of my day multiple times to call Countryside and my mother (the surprise which is now ruined) had to as well.nNot even a simple apology was given either time I called Countryside.nThe flowers are beautiful yes but I will not use Countryside Flowers again.

Exceptional products. Delivered as promised. Not the place to go if you're seeking cheap, scant arrangements, but rather if you're willing to pay for the best in the area.nHats off with much gratitude.

Fantastic little shop! I came in very last minute (3 days before my wedding) because I totally forgot about this detail, for some boutonnières and corsages and bouquets for a wedding, and very on a budget. I didn’t know a thing about flowers and told them to do anything they thought would be lovely in a color scheme and price range... they delivered a BEAUTIFUL bunch of flowers. The bouquets were exactly what I wanted; held up well in the heat, matched perfectly, looked beautiful through the week prior to the wedding, boutonnières/corsages matched stunningly.nThe folks here did great work, I couldn’t have been happier.
